Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Larger or oversized items may incur additional shipping costs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

GP Performance and Tuning is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Holidays or peak-season volume

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

​

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier. We will assist in the process, but GP Performance and Tuning is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered.

International Shipping

  • At this time, international shipping may be limited. Please contact us for availability and rates.

Address Accuracy

​

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not able to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
