GENERAL INFORMATION

GP Performance and Tuning LLC provides fast, friendly customer support Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM EST. You can reach our sales and technical team through our support portal or by contacting us directly.

If you need assistance after hours, you may leave a message and we will respond the next business day. A full Help Center with FAQs and support resources is also available.

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Bank Draft/Money Order.
All credit card processing is secured through PayPal powered by Braintree. We do not store or retain your credit card information.

BACKORDERS

While we aim to keep all products in stock, some items may occasionally be back-ordered. By default, we hold the entire order until all items are available. If you prefer partial shipping for in-stock items, please contact customer service with instructions. Backordered products are shipped via ground.

SHIPPING

Orders received Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day when items are in stock. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We primarily ship using UPS and USPS. Expedited services such as Next Business Day or Two-Day shipping may be available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time (2 PM EST).

SHIPPING CHANGES

Once an order has shipped, changes such as intercepts, address corrections, or will-call pickup requests are not guaranteed and depend on carrier availability. Approved address changes may incur a $20 fee per package.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted, as they immediately enter our automated fulfillment system. After receiving your order, you may contact customer service for a return authorization.
Restocking fees may apply.

All shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by GP Performance and Tuning LLC.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship international orders via USPS and UPS.

Estimated transit times:

  • USPS International Priority Mail: 6–20 business days

  • USPS International Priority Express: 3–12 business days

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Typically 3–5 business days depending on region

International shipping charges are based on total package weight and may be adjusted. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars only.
Tires cannot be shipped internationally.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Shipping costs include insurance but do not include customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted forms of payment include:
Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Certified U.S. Check.

Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Orders paid by check will be held for a minimum of 10 business days before shipping.

U.S. & CANADA PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Bank Draft/Money Order.

Credit-card orders ship after the transaction is approved.
First-time orders must ship to the billing address on file. If you want shipment to a different address, contact your card issuer and add an “alternate shipping address” to your account.
Alternatively, you may use PayPal or Bank Draft/Money Order.

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

  • Limit one coupon per customer.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Not valid on gift certificates.

  • Some exclusions may apply.

  • GP Performance and Tuning LLC reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse discount misuse.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

Special-order or custom-built items (such as custom finishes, non-standard configurations, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Payment is taken in full at the time of the order.
No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed once the order is placed.

Estimated arrival times are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed by GP Performance and Tuning LLC. Refusing delivery of a special-order item does not entitle the customer to a refund.

COMPETITION USE ONLY POLICY

Most performance products sold by GP Performance and Tuning LLC are intended for competition use only (unless otherwise stated).
These products may not be legal for highway use. Check your local and state laws.

GP Performance and Tuning LLC disclaims all liability for misuse of competition-only parts and any resulting damages.

RETURNS

All returns require prior authorization.
Contact our Customer Service Team to receive an RMA (Return Authorization Number) and instructions.

Return conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition

  • Must include a copy of the original invoice

  • Must be shipped prepaid by the customer

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the product is received.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

All orders leave our facility properly packaged and insured.
If your package arrives damaged:

  • File a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

  • Do not return damaged merchandise to GP Performance and Tuning LLC without prior approval.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

All prices are subject to change without notice. Although we work to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or supplier error, GP Performance and Tuning LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for that item.

FORCE MAJEURE / TARIFF-RELATED PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If government actions (tariffs, taxes, trade restrictions, etc.) significantly impact product cost, GP Performance and Tuning LLC may adjust pricing accordingly.

If such conditions make fulfillment commercially impractical, we may suspend or cancel orders without liability. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation.

DEALER LOCATOR DISCLAIMER

Any dealers listed on our website operate independently. GP Performance and Tuning LLC does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality of their services, installations, or products. Customers engage with independent dealers at their own risk.

LIMITED WARRANTY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

GP Performance and Tuning LLC warrants that its parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship prior to installation.

However, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

  • warranty of merchantability

  • suitability for extreme-stress or non-listed applications

Many products sold are for competition use only and may not be legal for highway use.
Check your local laws before installation or operation.

GP Performance and Tuning LLC disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or failure.
