Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy: At GP Performance & Tuning, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please review our return and refund policy below:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused parts only.

  • NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and must show no signs of installation, use, or damage.

  • All returns must be approved prior to sending anything back. Contact our Customer Service Specialist at 216-301-8138 for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Authorization).

  • Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.Please include a complete explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Restocking Fee 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund if return conditions are not met.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
