Refund & Return Policy: At GP Performance & Tuning, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please review our return and refund policy below:

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused parts only.

NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and must show no signs of installation, use, or damage.

All returns must be approved prior to sending anything back. Contact our Customer Service Specialist at 216-301-8138 for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Authorization).

Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.Please include a complete explanation of the reason for the return.

Restocking Fee 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if return conditions are not met.
